Absolutely delicious

My husband is 100% Polish and misses the cookies and rolls he grew up with that his Mom and Grandmother made. We discovered Bubbas many years ago and he has been delighted. Whatever you buy you will find it delicious, fresh, fast shipping (I've shipped them all over the USA to his family members) and totlly perfect

They were good but amount of filling was very little in approximately 50% of the cookies.

When I Think of Kolachie I think of 1966. My sister sent me a box of kolachie to me for Christmas of 1965, I was on an aircraft carrier off of Viet Nam, my service was completed and they sent me home right before the Bob Hope show.The cookies arrived and were mailed back home, 28,000 miles to West Mifflin in May of 1966. "Thanks for the memories"and thanks for your Kolachie.

Apricot Kolache

When I received them, I froze them for Easter. I warmed them in the microwave. The filling was the best I’ve ever had. The whole pastry was tender and delicious.
They need to be slightly warm to soften the pastry dough. I’ll be looking for these again.
