Should you receive any product that you are not satisfied with we believe that the item in question must not be a valid representation of our excellent homebaked quality. Of course, without any preservatives added to our products, there is a limited window of freshness. As such, we will send you a free replacement based on the following terms:
- Notify us immediately upon receipt (same day) and we'll not only send a free replacement, but we'll also give you store credit for the item(s) with which you are displeased.
- Notify us within 3 days of receiving your items and we'll issue full credit for the products.
- Notify us within 5 days of receiving your items and we'll issue 1/2 credit for the products.
Due to the freshness window, we cannot honor concerns that are reported to us after 5 days of receipt of your shipment. (Please see our Shelf Life FAQ.)
