Lekvar is a butter-style paste that can be made from many different fruits, but is commonly associated with prunes. The filling is known as prune butter. Our lekvar also blends a bit of apple pomace with the prunes which makes for an satisfyingly sweet, plum-like flavor.

Not many people appreciate the Prune roll as I do.  I remember my grandmother making from scratch Prune rolls among other kinds. These are are close as I can get anywhere,  thanks Bubba Rolls.
