Ordered for my mom who is 83 and not able to bake this year for Christmas. These are just like her homemade rolls. She enjoyed them and I am very happy with the product and delivery. Will order again.

Poppy seed has always been a fave of my brother's and he was very happy to once again have one of yours as a gift. His wife had to convince him to let her have some, too.

I don't know when the roll was baked and when it arrived at my house but it was not as fresh as I expected based on previous rolls. I think sending things to Cuba NY takes time.

I am sorry to say that I lost my grandmothers recipes for her Poppy Seed, Nut and Prune rolls decades ago. I remember she and my aunts made them every Easter and Christmas since I was a kid in the 1950s and when Grandma passed away, my aunts kept making them for the holidays. Now that all my aunts are also gone, there is no one left in our family who knows how to make them. I am thrilled to have found Bubbas web site. I never thought I would be able to enjoy these ever again. My personal favorite is the Prune Lekvar rolls and I buy them for myself. I also send the Poppy Seed, Nut and Prune rolls to other family members and they love Bubbas rolls as well. Thank you, Bubbas, for giving us the opportunity to re-capture and enjoy a very special time of our lives.
